WatchPoint Database version 2.5 Create Read Me

Software Installation Requirements:

  - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
  - Oracle Standard Edition Release 10.2.0.3 

Installation Instructions

  Step 1: Verify all database software and hardware requirements have been
met.

  Step 2: Login as the oracle user

  Step 3: Move the WatchPointDBcreate.tar.gz file to the
/usr/local/n2bb/watchpoint directory.

  Step 4: Unzip the WatchPointDBcreate.tar.gz file

            gunzip WatchPointDBcreate.tar.gz

  Step 5: untar the WatchPointDBcreate.tar tarfile

            tar -xvf WatchPointDBcreate.tar

  Step 6: Run the createWFSDB.ksh shell script.

  Step 7: Review the createDatabase.log and createWFS.log log files for
errors.
