Select Values dialog

This dialog is for you to specify one or more values to apply a filter criterion, and it varies according to where it is opened.

OK

Applies all changes and closes this dialog.

Cancel

Closes the dialog and deletes any unsaved changes.

Displays this help document.


If the dialog is opened from the Filter dialog or the Edit Conditions dialog, options in the dialog are as follows. See the dialog.

Available

Specifies the value(s) from this list to filter report data with.

Adds the selected value to the Chosen list.

Chosen

Lists all the values that have been chosen.

Add

Adds a new line to the Chosen list for you to input a value.

Edit

Edits the selected item in the Chosen list. You can also double-click the item to edit it.

Remove

Removes the selected item from the Chosen list.

Go to

Input a number N here and click the Get button to fetch a value list starting from the Nth value.

Prev

Fetches the previous value list.

Next

Fetches the next value list.

Number of List Items

Specifies the number of list items here and click the Get button to fetch a value list.


If the dialog is opened from the Query Filter dialog, or the Query Filter screen of the report wizard, options in the dialog are as follows. See the dialog.

Fields

If checked, all the available fields in the business/report cube will be listed in the box below. Select the one(s) with which you want to filter the business/report cube data.

Values

If checked, all values for the selected field in the Query Filter dialog or the Query Filter screen of the report wizard will be listed in the box below. Select the one(s) with which you want to filter the business/report cube data.

Note: If the field you selected in the Query Filter dialog or the Query Filter screen of the report wizard is a formula, the value list will not be available.

Adds the selected field/value to the Chosen list.

Chosen

Lists all the fields/values that have been chosen.

Add

Adds a new line to the Chosen list for you to input a value.

Edit

Edits the selected item in the Chosen list. You can also double-click the item to edit it.

Remove

Removes the selected item from the Chosen list.
