Sort Order dialog

This dialog appears when you click the Sort Order button in the Display screen of the Chart Report Wizard, Chart Wizard or Create Chart wizard. It helps you to set the sorting manner of the specified field in a chart. See the dialog.

The following are details about options in the dialog:

Field

Displays the field on which the sort will be applied.

Order

Specifies in which manner to sort the field.

• Ascend
  Fields will be sorted in an ascending order (A, B, C).
• Descend
  Fields will be sorted in a descending order (C, B, A).
• No Sort
  Fields will be sorted in the original order in database.
• Special Group
  Opens the User Defined Group dialog to define how to group information.

OK

Accepts the changes and closes the dialog.

Cancel

Does not retain any changes and closes the dialog.
