Formatting the gridlines

To format the gridlines of a chart, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click any chart element, and select the desired entry from the Format Gridlines submenu to display the corresponding Format Gridlines dialog.

   Note that pie charts do not have gridlines.

2. Specify the line color, style, transparency, and thickness of the gridline as required.
3. When done, click OK to accept the settings and close the dialog.
